You have a personal preference as to when you can and will want to work out. It is just one of those things that either feels right, or it doesn't, however, a lot of times life has different plans for us. I do know the feeling about that one and know your pain! But, just keep in mind that the single most important consideration and thought is how important regular exercise is for you. No matter how often your work schedule changes you can get a good workout in. Other people can do this, so I know that you can also.

It is recommended that you set your exercise time for as late in the day as you can. A workout that you do in the afternoon is better because your already acclimated from daily activity. Plus, it is an injury-friendly time to work out since our bodies are good and warmed-up. Do not despair you will figure out a workout program that works for you. Sort out the details, set a schedule for workouts, and stick to it, you will see your body adapt pretty quickly in a few weeks. It's up to the individual, then, to determine the best time of day for them to exercise. It's also important to consider what type of exercise you'll be doing. Once you've figured out the best time for you to exercise, make a plan and stick with it.
